SiliconSim

Help Us Get This Right

SiliconSim is a vendor-neutral 3D simulation of the semiconductor value chain — built by one person, with a lot of help from AI tooling, and no domain-expert review yet. That last part is real, and it's the one thing more building can't fix. Every scene here is our best understanding of how a real process works, not a verified one, and we'd rather say that plainly than let it read as more authoritative than it is.

If you've spent real time on one of these tools or processes, we're not asking you to review the whole platform — just the one part you'd actually know if we got wrong.

Which part of the industry are you from?

Pick the closest match — it links straight to that scene, not a generic starting point.

What involvement actually looks like

Each rung is a real, separate level of commitment — starting one doesn't obligate you to the next.

1

Light feedback

Point out what's wrong in one scene you actually know — a control range that's off, a step out of order, a physically implausible detail. No commitment beyond that one note.

2

Named contributor credit

Your name and title credited directly on the scene(s) you helped get right — visible to every student who visits it.

3

Co-developed module

Work with us directly on a scene's next revision — real back-and-forth on what the sim should actually show, not a one-time comment.

4

Full advisory seat

Ongoing input across the whole platform as it grows, including new sites and scenes before they ship.

Start with rung one

No account, no form to fill out first — just tell us what you saw and which scene it was.
